March 14/2011 Hey Jaime, Got your thank you card in the mail and I wanted to return the thank you. Thanks for taking the time to talk with me about what I wanted in a vehicle, you listened to what I had to say. You treated me like the customer and I appreciate that. You didn't look to my parents for answers unless I looked at them for answers. :) My experience overall was excellent, from start to finish I was very comfortable and did not feel pressured into anything I was unsure of. You staying late because I wanted to test drive the Escape showed great dedication to your job and I liked that about you the most. The Escape is treating me very well and all my friends are enjoying having an actual back seat to get into. I have already told people at work looking for vehicles that Auto Gallery of Winnipeg is the place to go, and that dealing with you was the best experience I had while looking at vehicles.
